The story of Pennon and Battle was born in an ancient land called Ruachland, where numerous tribes established their own kingdoms on this fertile continent. Here, we introduce one of the heroes from the Pennon and Battle Elven Empire faction, Menegin.

Menegin is a high-ranking spellweaver of the Elven Empire, who, through a profound understanding of the Source spells, preserved precious spell knowledge for the Elves and played a pivotal role at the turning points of the empire's fate.

Among the Elves, primal spells are considered a mysterious and powerful force, coveted by many spellweavers. Menegin always maintained her reverence and caution towards primal spells, fully aware of their chaos and instability, capable of both creation and destruction.

After the empress instigated a coup, the rebels longed to harness the power of primal spells. Menegin realized that continuing to explore this force would bring disaster to the entire Elven Empire. Thus, she chose to wisely withdraw, leading her students to join the spell forces of Destiny City. This prudent decision allowed her and her students to avoid the catastrophe triggered by the excessive pursuit of primal spells.

Menegin's courage and wisdom preserved a significant number of spellweavers knowledgeable in ancient spells for the Elves. Her castle later became a bulwark against the empire's fragmentation, contributing greatly to the stability and prosperity of the Elves. Therefore, Menegin earned high esteem in the Elven spell community, with every spellweaver honoring her as the "Insightful Sage".

However, Menegin, now known as the "Insightful Sage," was not content with the status quo. She understood the importance of spell knowledge and planned to share the knowledge of casting spells at a faster speed with the Elven spellweaving community. This would help elevate the entire Elves' level of spellcraft, making them stronger.

At the same time, Menegin also adopted a more objective stance towards the Eternight Council. She believed that although the council members were lifeless beings, they held deep secrets of primal forces. The Elves must learn from past destructions and always be wary of this ancient organization. Menegin advocated for a more balanced approach to the world, rather than blind worship or exclusion.
