The story of Pennon and Battle was born in an ancient land called Ruachland, where numerous tribes established their own kingdoms on this fertile continent. Here, we introduce one of the heroes from the Pennon and Battle Elven Empire, Menegin.

While many Elves are keen on exploring the mysteries of source spells, Menegin, originally a minority among the Elves, holds a different view. She believes that source spells are chaotic and unstable, closely linked to the continent's inherent chaotic forces. This strength can create miracles but also cause catastrophic disasters. Although this view is not widely accepted among the upper echelons of the Elves, it shows Menegin's deep understanding and unique insight into source spells.

Known privately as the 'General Knowledge', this Elf chose a path of self-preservation after the imperial coup. She left the Circle of Mysteries and led her students to participate in the construction of the spell troops in the distant city of Fate, successfully avoiding a great disaster caused by excessive pursuit of source power. Menegin's wisdom and decisiveness not only saved herself and her students but also preserved a large number of ancient spell weavers for the Elven Empire. In later history, her castle became a pillar against the tide of imperial division.

In today's Elf spell world, Menegin has been elevated to a highly revered status, with every spell weaver respectfully calling her 'The Knowledgeable One'. She remains active at the forefront of the Elf tribe, constantly exploring new spell knowledge and planning to share the secrets of faster spell chanting to enhance the spell strength of the entire Elf tribe. Her attitude towards the Eternight Council also shows her open and objective thinking. Although the members of the Eternight Council are lifeless entities, they are very knowledgeable about the secrets of source power. The Elves must learn from past destructions and always be vigilant of this ancient organization.

In multiple negotiations with the Eternight Council, Menegin has played an indispensable role. The Elves firmly believe that this wise scholar can secure more benefits for the Elf tribe and lead them to a more glorious future.
