【Gameplay and Rules】
Q1: What different modes can I play?
A: The game offers three different modes:
Single-player Campaign: Explore various maps and different difficulty campaigns, or experience exciting story campaigns as the protagonist!
Multiplayer Campaign: Team up with friends or other online players to challenge a series of campaign maps.
Arena: Use epic heroes saved from single-player or multiplayer campaigns to battle other players in real-time.

【Recharge and Consumption】
Q1: Where is the in-game store? How do I purchase items?
A: The in-game store is currently closed. You can unlock or exchange some heroes by completing campaigns in the hero interface.

Q2: How do I recharge “Gems”? What is the usage of “Gems”?
A: Currently, the game is under adjustment, and “Gems” cannot be recharged. “Gems” can be exchanged for “Diamonds”through daily gameplay, which can speed up the unlocking of some game content. Players can experience the full game content and features through daily gameplay, regardless of whether they choose to recharge “Gems”.

Q3: What payment methods are supported for recharging?
A: Payment methods vary by platform.
Players who purchased the game on Steam can recharge through the Steam Wallet.
Players who purchased the game on Luckyee can recharge through PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay Plus.

Q4: Can I get a refund for in-game purchases?
A: Pure enjoyment expansion packs and virtual items obtained through in-game purchases are non-refundable once purchased.

A: Currently, Pennon and Battle supports keyboard & mouseand Steam Deck, but does not support controllers.

Q3: What should I do if an error occurs when opening the game?
A: Errors may occur in the following situations:
If your antivirus software reports an error, try closing the corresponding software or adding the game and error files to the whitelist to resolve it.

【Steam and Luckyee Platform Issues】
Q1: Is there a difference in the game content I purchase on the Steam and Luckyee platforms?
A: There is no difference. The game content is exactly the same, including game versions, updates, and playable game modes, whether purchased on Steam or Luckyee.

Q2: Can the game purchased on the Steam and Luckyee platforms be played online together?
A: Players from Steam can not play together with Players from Luckyee.You can only play online with players on the same platform.

【Other Game Issues】
Q1: What is the difference between Standard Mode and Enjoy Mode?
A: Both modes offer complete game content and features. The only difference is in the campaign settlement rewards, with Pure Enjoyment Mode offering 50% more rewards. Standard Mode’s recharge-related content is under adjustment.
Player data in Standard Mode and Pure Enjoyment Mode are independent, and cross-version multiplayer is not currently supported. Choose the version that best suits your preferences and needs.

Q2: Does Pennon and Battle support offline play?
A: Pennon and Battle contains multiplayer campaign missions that require an internet connection to play normally.

Q3: What is the pricing of Pennon and Battle?
A: The game’s price and in-game purchase prices may vary due to platform, currency, and payment channels. The actual payment amount is subject to the purchase page.
