Hero
Added a new ability [Spatial Control] for Skill [Wind Mastery] 
Adjusted the ability [Desperate Counterattack] effect of Skill [Combat] to trigger up to once per turn

Soldier
Added new upgraded route for Barbarian Tribes soldiers (temporary models and graph resources, will be replaced in the future)
Added maximum limit to the effect of soldier spells

Other Optimizations
Added more customized speed options for moving and battle animation in system settings
Added a new [Recruit All] button in campaigns to recruit all soldiers at once
Add new [Quick Cast] in system settings, enable quick cast bar to customize up to 5 spells
Casting the spell [Dispel the Mist] will no longer move the camera
Bulk sale feature added to Sacred Oath Alliance's Treasure Store
Added new resolution 3840x2160 (4K) 
Optimized and improved the UI display and interaction performance

Issue Fixes
Fixed issue where the hero would gain no Talent Point(TP) when abandoning or failing campaigns
Fixed some player-reported and known issues
