Tier 2: [Observer] Damage type changed to Elemental Damage, and new passive skill [Ranged Attack] added

[Soul Toucher] Damage type changed to Elemental Damage, and new passive skill [Ranged Attack] added

Tier 3: [Sandstorm Scorpion] Damage type changed to Physical Damage, HP adjusted to 300, Defense adjusted to 90, and passive skill [Ranged Attack] removed

2. Adjust the active skill effects of the following Ancient Swarm soldiers:

1. Fixed an issue where the campaign could not end properly after the AI ally defeated the last enemy
